Mixed Reality Integration Now Available on SpringboardVR

Finding unique and effective ways to promote a VR Arcade can be challenging. Finding additional revenue streams for a VR Arcade is even harder. We noticed these challenges, and wanted to help find a solution.

Which is why are beyond excited to let you know that the integration with the MixCast VR Marketing System from Blueprint Reality is now complete--allowing VR Arcades to add a whole new dimension to the VR Arcade experience. With the MixCast VR Marketing System, VR Arcade customers will be able to create fun memories in VR, capture awesome in-VR pictures and videos, and share them on social media. The MixCast integration allows for a more streamlined set-up process, making it easier for VR Arcade Operators to create mixed reality pictures and videos.


How it Works


VR Arcade Operators:
VR Arcade Operators will be able to show a mixed reality view of players in VR games on monitors in their Arcades, for a more social and engaging experience for others in the Arcade who are watching. They can also sell pictures and videos to their customers for an incremental revenue opportunity. And of course, they’ll be able to use the mixed reality media generated by customers to promote their Arcades on their own social media sites. That’s increased revenue, increased awareness of their venue, and increased customer satisfaction!

VR Arcade Customers:
We’ve heard from a lot of Arcade Operators that they’d love to get pictures and videos of themselves playing in VR. Not just a picture of them in a headset but a picture of themselves immersed in the VR world that they’re playing in! MixCast can make it possible! Not only does MixCast make it easier to capture pics and videos, but our system makes it quick and easy for Arcade customers to share them with their friends and family on social media.

VR Content Developers:
VR developers can benefit too! Showing a VR game or other VR content in a mixed reality view, with a person who is actually immersed in the experience, is the best way to communicate what it’s all about to prospective players. When Arcades sell pictures and videos of players in VR experiences, the developers will receive a share of the revenue generated. Devs will also benefit from the additional exposure and awareness of their content from Arcade customers sharing their experiences on social media.
