Yep, my name’s Brad Scoggin. I’m the CEO of SpringboardVR.

This is the first time to be here. Our company’s almost a year old, we’ll be one year next month, so we missed it last year.

[GDC] has been great. I think the world is small now. We all do business with each other all over the planet, and to line up all the meetings in one location over a few days is nice.

Well, I mean, part of what we do with our software is help game developers connect with location-based virtual reality operators, so we want to connect with as many game developers as we can, and then we’ve got a lot of strategic partnership meetings and investment meetings lined up, folks we’ve been emailing and talking to for months that we can now shake their hand and look them in the eye, so it’s been good.

We’re showcasing our core product, which is a software platform for location-based virtual reality, and we do experience management and content distribution, focused primarily on entertainment but we’re moving into the educational and enterprise spaces as well.

We kind of see ourselves as, or one of our focuses is helping both operators and content creators in location-based VR be successful, and so we’ve kind of brought together the fragmented market of these independent arcades located all over the world, and now we’re here to connect with the developers to get them on the platform to help them monetize their content in kind of a fragmented market that we’re, I guess, reducing some of the friction.

It’s been great. It’s been awesome. I mean, it’s been fun. A lot of people hadn’t heard of us, so I think when they saw the product and saw we could help them, they were excited and, again, the strategic partnerships, partners we’ve talking to, to sit down has been, it’s been really good.

Yeah, absolutely. I think the exposure that you get as a company, the ability to network and connect with other people from all over the world, I mean, where else can you find that, so definitely.

Just the meetings, networking. Got a lot of investor meetings lined up. We’re still startup mode.
