Springboard VR Privacy Policy

Springboard Virtual Reality LLC d/b/a Springboard VR (“Springboard” or “we” or “us”) collect certain information through our website at and through your access and use of our subscription-based services and products (collectively, the “Services”) pursuant to the Springboard VR Terms of Service and any agreements incorporated therein. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Services and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.



This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services we provide to you as set forth above and does not apply to any third party site or service linked to our Services or recommended or referred through the Services, through our products or services, or by our staff. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other website, product, or service operated by our company or our affiliates, or to any of our offline activities.

This Privacy Policy does not cover collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing of Arcade User information that may be gathered and processed when our Site is accessed or Services are used, including the Booking feature. That information is addressed in our Springboard VR Booking Privacy Policy. You agree not to share any Arcade User information with us that you are not authorized to share. You shall take commercially reasonable steps to inform your Arcade Users that information that they provide to you will be shared with Springboard and shall be subject to the Springboard VR Booking Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect. We collect many types of information about you and your use of the Services, including information by which you may be personally identified, information about you but does not individually identify you, information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Services, and usage details. We may collect this information directly from you when you provide it to us, automatically as you use the Services, and from third parties, including our service providers, business partners, and third parties that link with or are used in connection with the Services. For example, when you correspond with us via email or create an account to use and access the Services, we may collect personally identifiable information from you, i.e. our subscribers and their authorized users, (collectively “users”), such as the arcade's name, e-mail address, telephone number, time zone, website or social media url, primary contact person's name, title, and email, and passwords that are then encrypted and stored. We also collect information regarding specific use of the Services by users, such as the dates and times specific content found on or in the Services is accessed or reviewed, and games on your arcade computers and stations, information about game use, including individual game usage and aggregate game usage. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that may be automatically collected by us, such as your IP address, browser type, domain name, access time, working directories, certain software installed or stored by you within the Services or on game stations and computers, operating system, and any referring website addresses. We may also collect or receive credit card information shared through our payment processor, namely non-PCI information such as the last 4 digits of the payment card, card type, and expiration date. Some information we collect automatically may be statistical data and may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties.

We may use cookies and other technologies (e.g. web beacons) for various reasons. For example, a cookie is a data text file sent from a website to your browser. It may be stored within your system. The cookie identifies the user, thus, among other things, alleviating the need to continually log in with your username and password. We may use cookies and other technologies to personalize your visit to the Services or to track your usage of the Services. Please note that some features of the Services may not be available or function properly should you disable or refuse cookies.

Use of Information. The information we collect is used in several ways, now or in the future, to gain a better understanding of our users and their usage pattern as a whole, for Services administration and troubleshooting, to create reports for us regarding the use and access of the Services, to process e-commerce transactions, to create reports for ourselves or others, to communicate changes and improvements to our Services, or any registration you have made, improving, and analyzing the Services, and monitoring use to ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy and our other terms and conditions regarding use of the Services. We may also use this information to streamline your onboarding process and use of the Services, including auto-populating fields with your information, to enable us to make game recommendations to you, and to provide feedback to you and third parties, for example game developers.

Other Websites, Platforms, and Applications. Please also keep in mind that the Services may contain links to other websites or be provided through and/or utilize features operated by third party platforms whose policies regarding the handling of information may differ from ours. As set forth in this Privacy Policy, we may share and receive information about you from these third-parties in order to provide you with the Services or support our business. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy statements and policies of those other websites and service providers you choose to link to or from the Service, so that you can understand how those third parties collect, use, and store your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements, policies or content of other websites or platforms or applications, including those you link to or from our Services. Websites containing co-branding (referencing our name and a third party’s name) contain content delivered by the third party and not us.

Disclosure of Information. We may disclose aggregated information about our users and the use of the Services without restriction.

We do not give away, sell, rent or lease users’ personally identifiable information to any merchant, advertiser, or web publisher. Security. We use have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of your information. By using our Services you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Services at your own risk.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can access and change any information about you, namely your name, email, contact information, we store by logging into the Services with your access credentials and changing the same therein.

Children Under the Age of 13. Our Services (i.e. providing service to our subscribers and our subscriber’s employees) are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. European Union Data Protection. If you are located in the European Union ("EU") or the European Economic Area ("EEA"), transfer of personal customer data outside of the EU or EEA is regulated by certain EU data protection laws. Springboard has adopted the EU Model Clauses which are standardized contractual clauses used to ensure that personal data leaving the EEA will be transferred in compliance with these laws. Please be advised that Data, including personal customer data, may be transferred to, processed, maintained or stored on servers or databases by Springboard or third party service providers outside of the EU or EEA.

Changes of This Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version on this page or on a successor page or within the Services. The new version will become effective on the date it’s posted, which will be listed at the top of the page as the new Effective Date.
